The 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training Course is designed for intermediate and advanced level of students who have already mastered the beginner level 2oo hrs teacher training course and are willing to learn advanced level of Yogic science . This 300 hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course is not Yoga for beginners but an advance Yoga Teacher Training Course for yoga teachers and yoga enthusiast to get deeper insight of yoga and improving their yoga teaching skills. This course is great for learners who are looking for their spiritual growth and a better self-discipline with advance yogic practices.

What is the purpose of this course ?

The main purpose of the yoga teacher training course is teaching the advance level learning of yogic practices and yogic philosophy to the students. Our 300 hours Yoga teacher training course is more for the yoga instructors, yoga trainers and intermediate practitioners to increase their level of clarity. This course is a multi-style teacher training course which involves hatha yoga, ashtanga vinyasa and advanced variations of yoga from 200 hour yoga teacher training course.

What will I learn in this course ?

Our 300 hours Yoga Teacher Training course is designed with the only focus of instilling advance level of variations in yoga asana, pranayama for intermediate yogic practitioner, yoga instructors and yoga trainers. This course will be covering advanced level variations of Asana, Shatkarma, Mantra chanting, Meditation, Anatomy, Pranayama, Alignment and advancement, Physiology, Teaching Methodology etc. The students of 300 hours teacher training course will also take classes on weekends of the students of 200 hours teacher training course which will be keenly monitored by our teachers, this will increase their level of clarity of teaching. Learners will also learn the bandhas, mudras and the cleansing techniques for an overall development of their body. Students will also be taken out for , ganga artis, temples, caves. because yoga is not just the knowledge of postures but also the study of nature and one’s consciousness.

Which Yoga style will I learn in the training ?

Our 300 hour Yoga Teacher Training course will include advance level practice of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga yoga/vinyasa , which will help you to improve your skills in these styles and then master one to show your great endeavors to the world. This is an extensive yoga teacher training course with 6 days learning per week 7-8 hours per day. Yoga students will also practice the 2nd series of Asthanga Vinyasa with advanced level postures and deeper knowledge of nature, philosophy, pranayama and teaching skills.

Being a teacher what can I learn from this course ?

Being a Yoga instructor or a Yoga trainer, you will learn the different variations in the yogic practices . The yogic postures may vary from person to person and body to body so it is the job of a good yoga teacher to adjust the proper yogic posture as per the student’s body. You’ll also be learning the advance level of breathing practices (pranayama), yoga philosophy from the ancient yogic text such as yoga sutra patanjali , gherand samhita, shrimad bhagvat geeta, hatha yoga pradeepika, upnishada,etc. students will also learn chanting of mantras with harmonium and music in place. Projects will also be given to the students by the end of the 2nd week for which students have to prepare a detailed study on their respective project which will increase their theoretical and practical knowledge of yoga and its variation. Group discussion will also be held and students will lead the classes once in a week.

What is the eligibility to join this course ?

The eligibility to join 300 hrs yoga teacher training course is very simple; you must have completed your 200 hours yoga teacher training course. Simply put, this course is not for beginners; this is an advance level course and requires high degree of commitment. Students who have already completed their 200 hours teacher training course from us or any other yoga school can enroll with us for 300 hours teacher training course. This is an extremely intensive and excruciating course which will require the student to be fit, both physically and mentally. If there is an previous injury, mention in the form.

What are the services offered ?

As soon as the student reaches the centre, he will be handed over the study material and manuals required to be studied in the course after the opening ceremony . We also provide pick-up and drop facility when specifically asked for. We also take our students to various recreational activities like sun rise treks, massages, 12 km away cave near ganga, Ganga aarti and also river rafting during summers.

What is the fee for this course ?

The fee of the course is $1600. Initially $210 needs to be paid for booking the seat which is not refundable and the balance amount needs to be paid at the time of arrival. Though the booking amount is not refundable, it can still be adjusted for any following batch in a period of not extending 1 year.

You will be required to make 2 copies of the form out of which 1 need to be e-mailed at our official email and other you need to carry with yourself on your arrival at the centre.
