100 Hours Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Course

This 100 hour yoga teacher training course is for all level of students coming for yoga in Rishikesh, as we can say that yoga in India. Who is this course for?

People who have interest in Asana, pranayama, meditation, physics of yoga techniques, breath concentration, alignment of the body, anatomy of the self body can join 100 hours yoga Training course. The course is designed for Students also who are the beginner in yoga and want to learn the yogic practices with or without a prior knowledge and experience of same.

This course is ideal for

Who have less time and not ready for the whole month course. They can attend first two weeks of 200 hour yoga teacher training course, and complete this 100 hour yoga teacher training course. Whenever they will be ready, they can come and complete 200 hour course teacher training course with the last two weeks by attending final exams of 200 hour YTTC and they will get 200 hours Yoga Alliance certification. This 100 hour yoga teacher training course is certified by the school, but if you want to become RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance), have to complete 200 hour YTTC.

What is the purpose of this course?

The main purpose of the 100 hours yoga teacher training course is to create awareness, to share the benefits of yoga and help you to find your happiness in your yoga practice with the small steps. Here we teach practical and as well as the theoretical aspect of yoga in an interactive environment.

How the training program goes?

The 100 hours yoga teacher training course is 6-7 hours of study in a day, and it is for 5 days in a week. This yoga course is specially structured for short-term and offered in two periods of a month for 14 days. First batch starts from 3rd of each month to 16, and second batch starts from the date 17 to 30.

What will I learn in this course?

Yoga learner can enjoy yoga thoroughly and sail his/her thought process towards yoga. He/she can reach to his own answers of forming questions like yoga spiritual, emotional life. You learner can enhance the experience of life with perception & responses and improve the interpersonal communicational skills,You will be learning , hatha and ashatanga yoga practice, pranayama, philosophy of yoga, anatomy of yoga practice, yoga nidra(yogic sleep), meditation, shtkriya(six yogic cleansing technique), alignment and adjustment technique etc.

What is Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa?

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is particularly a integration of Asanas (the physical postures) from the ancient Hatha system of yoga. Where the students practice the static form of asana with variations and modifications as per their body need

Ashtanga Vinyasa

It is powerful and effective dynamic sequence of asana which is practice with drasti, prnayam, and locks. There are many series of Ashtanga Vinyasa, but in the yoga teacher training course you will be practicing first series of ashtanga vinyasa.

1. Asana

Core principles of Hatha Yoga “The Hatha yoga training is a simple way to make the body more strong in preparation for climbing the steps of yoga.”Primary series of Ashtanga Vinyasa “Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice of yoga, coming from the ancient yoga of mind. Mostly it is for balancing the breath and movement for self-realization.”

  • Forward bending, meditative, twisting, backward bending, relaxation, kneeling, inverted, balancing, and standing poses
  • Sanskrit terms and benefits of Asana
  • Traditional sun salutation series with root mantra
  • Joints exercise and structuring the postures
  • Moon salutation series

2. Pranayama

  • Yogic breathing
  • Stress less breathing techniques
  • Pranayama introduction
  • Basic Pranayama like Bhastrika, Kapalbhati , etc.

3. Relaxation Techniques

  • Yoga Nidra techniques

4. Mudra and Bandhas

  • Bandhas like Jalandhara , Moola, Uddiyana

5. Yoga Philosophy

  • Origin and history of yoga
  • Yoga basic introduction, six Indian philosophy of yoga
