“I've tried ashtanga and hatha with Prashant, and vinyasa with Ksenya. They are both absolutely superlative teachers with the ability to give fantastic alignments and adjustments, along with brilliant cues. Prashant is a great teacher for people who haven't done a lot of ashtanga before as he really cares about you being correctly aligned before moving into the fast flow. A super knowledgeable teacher with a really caring and funny demeanour. I wish I'd been able to do more of Ksenya's classes as they are by far the best vinyasa I've ever done by a long shot. Again, the focus is very much on the correct alignment, while her ability to guide and adjust makes you as a student feel very safe in her hands! They are all strong classes but you get so, so much out of them. I leave feeling so good and having learnt so much!;
“The liberty, the inside oneness and openess that I felt after Prashant's classes always fullfilled me. I could feel the energy rising as well as the expansion of my limits. It is with a deep work of precision, humor, gentleness and perseverance that he gives his class. Prashant allowed me to go deeper on my and others and open new pathways. He's on of those who inspire and stays next to you for time ahead. Thank Prashant to have align me in so many ways and brought me further on. See you soon;
“I've been doing yoga for about 7 years now and I teach ryoho yoga therapy. I was really looking for a traditional basic hatha class in rishikesh. Ksenia teaches both hatha and vinyasa flow. Both classes were excellent and I had the opportunity to do about 5 classes with her. Every class she prepared the body very well for the goal of the class ( could be shoulders, or hips or legs/knees etc). I really felt a positive change in body structure and I was able to go deeper into asanans. Ksenia gives the right cues to achieve subtle changes that are very important to enter the asanas in the right way and get the full benefit from them. And she is very encouraging and made me stay long in strong poses. I hope to return to Rishikesh and do a few more classes with her. She also recommended me a Indian physio lady who did some excellent work on my body. Thanks for the classes Ksenia, hope we meet again!”
“After spending almost 6 weeks with Prashant, I can certainly recommend his classes. His Hatha alignment classes brought a lot of light and understanding in my own practice. I also did Ashtanga with him, which was the first time I tried it. Now I love it. His way of teaching is full of passion and joy, he gives lots of explanations about the postures. He has a broad knowledge and influence of different styles, which I really enjoyed. I will definitely come back! ”
“I spent around 1 week looking for a good yoga school in Rishikesh before finding Yoga Vidhya. A friend of mine (a yoga instructor) recommended the place and after my first class with Ksenia I knew I found my class. A very professional, technical and friendly environment to practice yoga. I can genuinely recommend these guys to anyone - I loved my beginners classes, and my instructor friend seemed to love his full power ashtanga classes too. Enjoy! ”
“ I got the recommendation from a guy at the hostel.... It was the first yoga class in Laxman Jhula I attended and I ended up going only here. Prashantj is such a great teacher!!!! He focuses a lot on alignment and corrects your postures. The classes are small so he has got time to focus and help everyone. I wanna come back and to a TTC with him <3 The room is located opposite the German bakery! You'll see a big sign at the front with the yoga schedule.”
“I come to practice asanas because of my back problems: I suffer of double curve scoliosis, lordosis and kyphosis. Of course the normal practice of asanas helps to relieve the bother of this situation, but it does not solve the problem. When Prashant Guruji saw this situation he gave me right away the solution. I could not believe it! For 10 years I have been searching for a solution: I have been doing special exercises; I have been seeing special physiotherapist; special osteopaths, etc... but without any outcome. And just after 1 month of one simple exercise that Guruji gave me, I can feel the relief in my back. Not only he gave me this solution, but he also offer to check on my status through Skype or email, because the process of correct the spine is gonna take long. What can I say more than this? I am so grateful that his path cross with mine. He is a true professional and a beautiful person. I cannot thank him enough. ”
